Children aged 5-12 are welcome to join us Monday – Thursday from 9-3 to explore Conservation with Oak Meadow Ranch experts.
We will be educating the children on wildlife conservation by bringing them face to face with our Animal Ambassadors for heartwarming encounters, and giving them hands-on activities to provoke their minds and engage their spirits in the heart of conservation. Our focus will be particularly on the enrichment we provide to our wildlife and the children will be able to build activities for the animals to enjoy!
We will be providing a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack, so children just need to bring their hearts of adventure!
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Due to the extremely limited availability of our experiences, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or reschedule requests. This is a strict No Cancellation policy. The only exception to this policy is in the event of lightning, in which case we will work with you to ensure guest safety and change the date or time to the best of our ability.

Requirements and Disclaimers: Children are required to be potty trained and independently functional. Children will be around live animals and will be expected to follow instructions for the safety of themselves and the animals. If children are sick, they will not be able to participate as we cannot risk spreading the illness to our primates who share 98% of our DNA. If children become ill or are unable to participate for another reason parents will be required to pick up their child promptly. Oak Meadow Ranch reserves the right to expel children from the program who are unruly or disruptive to the program or animals. Oak Meadow Ranch is not a licensed by the state of Texas Child Care Regulation. Oak Meadow Ranch is not a childcare facility. Background checks are run on the staff interacting with the children as per State requirements. You will be required to sign a waiver form for your child’s inclusion in the program, absolving Oak Meadow Ranch of liability for the extremely small risk of harm from interacting with our Wildlife.
